COVID-19 has shaken us all.
Here’s how Diversified Interiors remains open to protect you, our employees, and the community during this crisis.
COVID-19 is a global tragedy. Everyone in the world has experienced loss because of it, whether it’s jobs, security, connection, or in the very worst case, treasured family and friends. It’s robbed us of our sense of control, safety, and normalcy.
We see that loss.
At Diversified Interiors, we’re doing everything we can to keep our employees safe and employed, so we can conduct essential business responsibly. However, as much as we want to continue doing businesses, our first priority is to listen and be sympathetic to the needs of others during this uncertain time.
So, to protect our incredible team and our valued customers from the spread of COVID-19, we have voluntarily implemented a number of safety precautions.
Diversified Interiors’ COVID-19 response: We take this seriously
Our Employees
Our employees are our greatest asset. We care deeply for them and their families, which is why we are working hard to keep them employed in the midst of unprecedented unemployment spikes.
We can’t thank them enough for the hard work and dedication they’ve already displayed during this time, and we are working hand-in-hand to find solutions to the unique circumstances COVID-19 has brought on each of them.
Here are a few of the ways we are protecting each employee and each job site from the spread of COVID-19:
- Providing masks for each team member
- Conducting preliminary screenings before entering any job site by taking temperatures and asking questions about COVID-19 symptoms
- Asking any employees who feel sick to take time off
Additionally, we are providing telemedicine for employees who want to have their symptoms checked without risking a trip to the doctor or draining hospital resources. Any employee can make an appointment with a medical professional through our office.
Our Customers
In addition to caring for our amazing staff, we also care deeply about our clients. We know a lot of our clients are depending on our essential ongoing projects for their families and businesses, so we are working hard to maintain a balance of staying safe and getting work done.
We’re honored to be able to continue providing all services to our clients except in-person meetings, which is why our office buildings remain closed. Instead, we use video conferencing software to provide face-to-face communication with our clients and colleagues.
Our Community
The health of our El Paso community is an important part of Diversified Interiors’ COVID-19 response. Now that Texas is re-opening, our community is worried and concerned about the effect that will have on the continued spread of COVID-19. That’s why we are dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our safety protocols with every new bout of information about the virus, so our community can rest assured that we are working responsibly.
Diversified Interiors remains dedicated to openly communicating about our operations, intentions, and safety procedures to relieve anxiety for our employees, clients, and community members.
This crisis is something that concerns us on a daily basis. That’s why we are committed to working sustainably and working responsibly. From the bottom of our hearts, we want you to know that we see you and we care. If you have any questions about our safety procedures and practices, please don’t hesitate to ask us.
